- NEW CUSTOMERS - To prevent fraudulent transactions, we require all customers to provide a valid phone number for verification. We will call or text to confirm your first order before shipment. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded. Additionally, a signature will be required upon delivery of your first order. These verification steps apply only to your first purchase and will not be repeated for future orders.
- Most orders placed Monday-Friday ship within 24 hrs. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
- After your order is fulfilled and you receive the tracking email, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to process. Weekends and holidays may slow down tracking updates. USPS does not control the weather, but rest assured, your order is on the way.
- USPS policy defines the first day of shipping as the first business day after USPS takes possession of your package. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.
- All products at Bluebonnet Dispensary contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
- Bluebonnet Dispensary requires all customers to be 21 or older to purchase any product. We do not knowingly sell to individuals under 21. Attempting to make a purchase while under the age of 21 constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban. Additionally, such actions may be considered fraudulent and could carry legal consequences.

Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, refund requests other than for defective products are typically not honored. However, we do value the satisfaction of our customers, so please feel free to reach out to customer support on the form below if you feel a refund or exchange may be warranted.
In order to process a refund or exchange, we will need
- Notification within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product
- A picture of the damaged product
- A copy of your receipt or confirmation email
- Any other information you can provide that is relevant to the request
Our customer support team will then reach out to you at the email address provided with the next steps to process the refund or exchange.
