• ID Verification - The Texas Department of Health and Human Services (DSHS) emergency ruling issued October 3rd, 2025, requires that all sales of consumable hemp products (CHPs) be restricted to customers 21 years of age or older. 
•  All customers must complete ID verification through our third-party provider before an order can be processed. Please check your order confirmation email for a link to our ID verification partner, Trust Swiftly, to complete verification. 
•  The verification process consists of a secure upload of your government-issued photo ID and a live-captured selfie  Bluebonnet Dispensary does not store your personal information. All ID verification is handled by our IDV partner, Trust Swiftly
•  Orders cannot be fulfilled without successful age verification. This applies even to repeat customers. Verification is required for every purchase. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if verification cannot be completed within 72 hours.
   

           General Terms

• Most orders placed Monday-Friday ship within 24 hrs. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
• After your order is fulfilled and you receive the tracking email, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to process. Weekends and holidays may slow down tracking updates. USPS does not control the weather, but rest assured, your order is on the way.
• USPS policy defines the first day of shipping as the first business day after USPS takes possession of your package.
• Bluebonnet Dispensary is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by USPS. Any issues that occur after USPS takes possession, including delays, misdelivery, or lost/stolen packages, must be resolved directly with USPS using your tracking number. 
• All products at Bluebonnet Dispensary contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their own legal compliance when purchasing and consuming our products.
• We are currently not shipping to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware,  Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
